Over the last few years, Burn City Smokers have created a name for themselves in the Melbourne foodie market. Known for their juicy and perfectly cooked meats, the boys behind the smokers have headed to the beach until the end of January. Taking over the Mornington restaurant, Counting House, owners Steve Kimonides and Raphael Guthrie have transformed the restaurant to fit their smoke house style for the next 4 weeks. 


With their favourites making the menu, including their signature 10-hour smoked beef short ribs and burgers, which are perfect for the summer! Opening at 7:30am every morning, simple morning items will be available, like toasties and coffee, followed by a full bar! Teaming up with locals including Quealy Winemakers, Port Phillip Estate, Crittenden Wines and Mornington Brewery, you can be sure to stay cool with one of these poured to enjoy bay side in the summer heat.
