Only in its 6th year, the annual Salami Festa is back again this October to celebrate all things Salami. During the cold winter months, cold cellars, sheds and garages are filled with meat hung in preparation of spring. Salami making is a tradition that is passed down from generation to generation, with each family having their own twist on the perfect salami.

There are more than 6,000 people attending and 60+ official entries to the Salami competition, which makes for a lot Salami sampling to make for a fair judging. Your entry into the festival gives you a complimentary tasting plate with 6 different salami’s, which you are to rate, all going in for the final count at the end of the weekend.
