Our favourite time of year is back again! Now in it’s 6th year, the Gingerbread Village by EPICURE is back at the Melbourne Town Hall. Award Winning, Executive pastry Chef Deniz Karaca and his amazing team have put together an out of this world Gingerbread Village, which been months in the making.
The Village will consist of 500kg of gingerbread, 360kg of royal icing and 150kg of marzipan, all topped with more than 800 mini Christmas Trees. This year, the theme of the village will be based around the F1 Grand Prix at Albert Park, featuring over 900 tiny characters.
Your entry to the village is a gold coin, which goes towards the Make-A-Wish® Australia. The event has already risen over $100k in donations, which will continue to rise when the doors open on Tuesday 1 December.
