We all know I am a big lover of wine & cheese and the second I heard about the upcoming Melbourne Food and Wine Festival event ‘Fromage a Trois’ I nearly hit the floor. This one day festival is dedicated to all things cheese & cider. With the backdrop of Werribee Park Mansion, there is no better place to spend your Sunday (15 March) than here.
Stroll between a variety of different marquees and taste, sip and chat with the cheesemakers themselves. Live demos will also take place later in the afternoon where you can learn some insider tips and tricks on how they get those bold, beautiful flavours from our favourite cheeses.
