Cheese lovers beware! On Saturday, 24th of October, Prahran Market will be hosting their first ever ‘Cheese Festival’ in their Blanco Kitchen. From cooking demos to free tasting this is a full day of all things cheesey.
Live music will be pumping throughout the day while enjoying cheese from some of Victoria’s most promising fromage suppliers, Red Cow Cheese, King Island Dairy & Calendar Cheese.
One of my favourite cheese restaurants, Milk the Cow, will be dishing up their specialty foundu along with Margherita Pizza’s from A25 Pizzeria and Mac ‘n’ Cheese from Meatmaiden.
To complete the afternoon, wine can be purchases from the Chapel Street Cellars Bar to be perfectly matched with our favourite cheeses.
